Update Information for the EFBC/FCC Pages

• I haven’t been keeping this page up to date recently. As of July 6th we have 4 cubs this year so far, more are on the way.
• March 97: Dates of all 1997 special events added, and our first birth of the year announced.
• January-February 97: Finally made a form for becoming a member, photos of Yoqui
• November/December 96: More jaguar cubs, & cub photos. Pepper, a female fishing cat, arrived to be Bandit’s mate. More black leopard cubs, & photos. Yoqui arrived from Columbus.
• September/October 96: Follies 96 information ($17000 raised!) and photos, lots of cub photos. Meesha had 2 cubs on 30 September.
• August 96: Plenty of new photos added, as usual, and updated Special Events info. Separated Births page into Recent and 1995. Added Tail of Progress to the Follies 96 page. Fall Twilight Tour was our best ever, 400 guests and over $8000 raised.
• July 96: Wow, now 7 cubs under 4 months old, with Calamity the Jaguar born 10 July. We’re in the process of moving to a new server – wild.net, who has offered free Web hosting for our site!
• June 96: Photos of the new leopard cats, new entrance signs and wall, and more Anju photos. Ice cream social added to Events page. More links added to Links page. . NayLee’s cub KimLee born 14 June, Kishka had 2 cubs 30 June.
• May 96: Lots more photos of Anju. Bandit and Linya (Precious’ kids) born 31 May. My-Le photo added, she is being introduced to our male Powder. New walkways and an entrance wall are being installed, with the Twilight Tour proceeds. 2 Amur leopard cats are arriving this month. Follies 96 info page added.
• April 96: New leopard cub photos added, and special event dates/info. A Clouded leopard (My-Le) arrived from Baton Rouge, no photo yet. A first – all cats adopted as of April 27th! The spring Twilight Tour was attended by about 230 people, and raised nearly $5000.
• March 96: Yet more new photos, still having a problem with photo abuse, so there are a few nonworking links. Species information updated due to agreements at the Felid TAG conference. Photos of some species we do not have linked on species page. Anju, Solstice’ cub, born March 26
• February 96: More new photos (my kid, Hobbes is the cutest!)
• January 96: Species information page completed and linked in. Joe Maynard has a new email address. Cat Specialist Group info added.
• December 95: New cub photos, and some other cats also got new photos. Enrichment page and photos added. Donated items needed page added.
• November 95: Follies 95 photos, page added. Kedrova, Amur Leopard, arrived from England, and Ran, Chinese leopard from Paris, no photo yet. Rearranged Links page. Added ‘index’ page. More cub photos. New mail order items.
• October 95: Aijka, Amur Leopard from the Berlin Zoo, and black leopard cub photos added. Photos are now available for mail order. More new links. Follies report added. Web page statistics: 600 meg transferred, average 230 visitors a day.
• September 95: Maggie the Margay arrived from the Baton Rouge zoo. Also added an alternate email address, since my internet connection was down for a week. More new photos added. Although I do not credit each photo individually, some were taken by other FCC volunteers, including: Susan Porter, Ellen Fiol, and Renee Richardson.
• August 95: Bought a scanner finally, LOTS of new photos added. Old photos will remain on the server as long as I have room, if you FTP in you can download more photos than are linked.
• July 95: Added lots of new photos, including Kishka’s baby. Sounds and baby info on separate pages. Also, there is a background on the first page now.
• June 95: Linked smaller Kishka picture on first page, and changed some ambiguities on the Tour Info page. Initial Mail Order pages uploaded, added news of Kishka’s baby.
• May 95: New links, added scientific names to the cat’s photos list, added new photos of jaguar babies and Kangdi (N.Chinese leopard)
• Initial Uploads: 27 March – 12 April 1995 (12 April: finally have a picture of every cat linked!)
