Cat House

Jungle Cat
(Felis chaus)
sign The jungle cat looks a lot like a large housecat, with a slightly shorter tail and longer legs. Males weigh about 15 pounds, females 10 pounds. Other names include swamp cat and reed cat; they are not really found in jungles, but rather along waterways. They will dive in water to catch fish or escape predators. In the wild jungle cats are frequently observed in the daytime.
